Refrigerator Oatmeal is fun to make with the kids and is a very healthy option to grab easily for the whole family each morning.
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup milk (we like almond milk in ours)
1 tbs chia seed
1 tbs greek yogurt
